Andrea Hrycyshyn is Groundwork Strategies’ Office Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. She manages a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, supports staff and clients, and warmly welcomes guests to the office.
Andrea brings more than 15 years of experience across education, design, and program management, along with strong creative and digital skills. She is certified in interior design, is a QTS-qualified educator, holds a Digital Marketing Strategy Certificate from Harvard Business School Online, and earned a Bachelor of Science from Temple University and a Master of Arts degree from Sussex University.
