As Political Programs Manager at Groundwork Strategies, Amanda Spina oversees the planning and execution of political initiatives. She ensures all programs run efficiently and strategically—coordinating logistics, compliance, vendor relationships, and operations to support the firm’s advocacy and electoral goals.
Since joining Groundwork Strategies, Amanda has played a central role in developing and implementing comprehensive issue advocacy campaigns that help clients turn complex ideas into actionable, results-driven strategies. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills keep multi-faceted projects on track and aligned with client objectives.
Before joining Groundwork, Amanda served as Deputy Finance Director for the Rebecca Rhynhart for Mayor campaign, helping raise over $2 million for the race. She previously held the same position for Rhynhart’s re-election campaign for City Controller.
Amanda is a graduate of Lehigh University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. She lives in Center City Philadelphia.
