Amanda Spina assists in developing and implementing comprehensive issue advocacy campaign strategies for Groundwork Strategies’ clients. Amanda works to keep projects organized and running smoothly, helping clients shape and refine their creative ideas into practical solutions.

Previously, she was the Deputy Finance Director for the Rebecca Rhynhart for Mayor campaign, working with the principal to raise over $2 million for the race. Prior to that, she held the same position for Rebecca Rhynhart’s re-election for City Controller.

Amanda graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She lives in Center City Philadelphia.
