Amanda Spina works to assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive issue advocacy campaign strategies for Groundwork Strategies’ clients.

Previously she worked as the Deputy Finance Director for the Rebecca Rhynhart for Mayor campaign working with the principal to raise over $2 million for the race. Prior to that, she held the same position for Rebecca Rhynhart’s re-election for City Controller.

Amanda graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She lives in Center City Philadelphia.
