Jill Horner works to build strong relationships with Groundwork Strategies’ clients while developing and implementing effective communication strategies. She specializes in creating impactful visual content—including video and graphics—as well as producing social media, web, and print materials. Jill helps clients craft messaging that strengthens and reinforces their brand identity.
Jill moderates panel discussions, hosts events, and delivers presentations that showcase clients in the best possible light. She also ensures clients are prepared to effectively communicate their message to diverse audiences.
Jill brings more than 20 years of experience as a television reporter, host, voiceover artist, and producer. Her work has appeared on CNN, CNN Headline News, and CN8, and she has worked for News 12 New Jersey, WTXF-TV, WPSJ-TV, and The Comcast Network in the Philadelphia, Boston, and Washington, DC markets. For two decades, she hosted and produced Comcast Newsmakers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Beyond her professional career, Jill serves on the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Walk for Hope Committee and is an active fundraiser for historic preservation initiatives. She has received the New Jersey Civilian Meritorious Service Medal and the Alice Paul Equality Award.
Jill holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Rutgers University and lives in New Jersey with her husband and sons.
