Kellan White works to provide strategic planning and analysis for Groundwork Strategies’ clients and helps them navigate complex political and regulatory landscapes to meet their goals.
Kellan previously managed the Rebecca Rhynhart for Mayor campaign and served as First Deputy City Controller where he led efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within Philadelphia City government. Kellan played key roles in the historic campaigns of Katie McGinty, Judge Carolyn Nichols, and Rhynhart. He is the former national political director for the New Leaders Council.
He is actively involved in various nonprofit boards, including the New Leaders Council, Unity Recovery, the Anti-violence Partnership of Philadelphia, and Philadelphia Outward Bound. Kellan’s work has earned him recognition from The Philadelphia Citizen, Keepers of the Commons Generation Change Philly, City and State PA, Al Dia, and the Philadelphia Tribune. Kellan has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina. A life-long Philadelphian, he resides in Brewerytown with his wife and their dog.
